Do you provide feasibility studies or early design consultation?

Yes. We often assist clients and architects in the early stages of planning, providing system evaluations, load calculations, and conceptual designs to help establish project budgets and strategies.

Do you provide construction administration support?

Yes. In addition to design and documentation, we provide construction administration services, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and site visits, to ensure systems are installed in accordance with design intent.

Do you provide Title 24 or energy code compliance reports?

Yes, we prepare complete Title 24 compliance documentation to support permitting and sustainable building performance goals.

What is your typical turnaround time for design?

Timelines vary based on project size and complexity. Small tenant improvements may take 1-2 weeks, while larger, multi-discipline projects typically require 3-8 weeks. We pride ourselves on responsiveness and the ability to meet accelerated schedules when needed.

How do you charge for your services?

Our fees are customized to each project, based on size, complexity, location, and schedule. We typically provide fixed fee proposals for defined scopes of work and may also offer hourly rates for consulting or limited-scope services.
