The Palomar College Early Childhood Education Lab School (ECELS), formerly known as the Child Development Center, is located on the San Marcos campus of Palomar College at 1140 West Mission Road, San Marcos, CA 92069. The facility offers early childhood education services to children aged 6 months to 5 years, serving Palomar College students, faculty, staff, and community families.

• System: Central VRF heat pump with Heat Recovery, Central Domestic Hot water distribution.

Cypress College, established in 1966, is a public community college located in Cypress, California. It is part of the North Orange County Community College District and the California Community Colleges System.

La Costa Canyon High School (LCC) is a public high school located in south Carlsbad, California, serving approximately 1,650 students in grades 9 through 12.
